Isn't nature amazing? "Solar Quartz" is a natural dark amethyst that is sliced from stalactites in clear, white or gray, with mossy inclusions. These slices of stalactite look like galaxies or living cells dividing!

Each pair is unique and one of a kind, and made by hand by metalworking artist and Well Done Goods by Cyberoptix founder, Bethany Shorb. Working between Detroit and Southern Arizona, she self collects or sources all stone, shell, fossil and bone specimen materials in person from only the most reputable suppliers.
Electroforming results are unique to each specimen and will never be identical, even when crafted under what seems the same conditions. This nuance and variation is characteristic of the singularity of the piece and process.
